The Coleman Reunion for 2011 will be held on August 27, 2011 at 11:00am at Hegins Park in the "Eating Park" pavilion.

New version of Photo Gallery Installed

I have installed a new version of the Photo Gallery.  It should be working now, but I still need to configure the colors used in the Gallery.

2009 Reunion Photos and Group Photo are now on web site!

The 2009 Group Photos are now on the web site and the photos I took at the reunion are in the Photo Gallery.  Anyone else who took photos are welcome to upload them to the Gallery.  If you want to send them to me, I can upload them as well.

The re-write of the web site is complete.  I am testing and verifying proper operation of the site.  If you detect any problems with navigation, or content, Please send me email at the email address at the bottom of the page.  Please be specific as to what difficulty you had and which browser you are using.

2009 Coleman Reunion --  Saturday Sept 12, at 11:00am

The newsletter will be sent out shortly.  It is available here.  We will be having Bingo and materials will be provided, but we need some help to call and record the numbers.  

We will also have a Children's Auction.  Monopoly money will be provided, but you can use real money too!   If you will be bringing children, please let us know their ages in advance so we can have appropriate items to auction.  If you have any ideas or suggestions, please send email to Pam Austin or Randy Smith.  All suggestions or help is welcome.

I am trying something different.  In the past I have included photos from our events, but I had to use web site software to include them in the web site and on-one can change or add photos except me, (and it is labor intensive!).  This is a photo album where you can upload pictures.  Click here to go to the Photo Gallery.

Frederick Coleman Memorial Plaque

This weekend, Pam Austin and I went to the Hegins Park to layout the Coleman Reunion.  I took several pictures of the Memorial to Frederick "Fred" Coleman.

In Memoriam  -   Guy Schieb

I report with great sadness the passing of Guy Schieb.  Guy was a tireless organizer of family histories in the Lykens and Gratz area.  He inspired us to search for our ancestors.  Guy's enthusiasm will be sorely missed
